Rules & Regulations

  1. Academic Integrity: All students are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated.

  2. Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory for all classes and academic activities. Students must adhere to the attendance requirements set forth by their respective departments.

  3. Dress Code: Students are required to adhere to a prescribed dress code while on campus. This may include wearing formal attire on specific occasions or following a business casual dress code for regular classes.

  4. Discipline: Respectful and courteous behavior is expected from all students, faculty, and staff. Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or violence will result in disciplinary action.

  5. Use of Facilities: Students are expected to use college facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, and libraries, responsibly and in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the institution.

  6. Mobile Phones and Gadgets: The use of mobile phones and other electronic gadgets should be limited to designated areas and should not disrupt academic activities or create disturbances.

  7. Examinations: Students must adhere to the examination schedule and follow the rules and regulations set forth by the examination board. Any form of malpractice during examinations will result in severe consequences.

  8. Prohibition of Substances: The use of drugs, alcohol, or any other prohibited substances on campus is strictly prohibited. Violators will face disciplinary action in accordance with college policies and local laws.

  9. Library Etiquette: Students must maintain silence and follow library rules while using library facilities. Damaging or defacing library materials will result in penalties.

  10. Parking and Transportation: Students who commute to campus are required to adhere to parking regulations and follow designated transportation guidelines.

  11. Health and Safety: Students are responsible for their own health and safety on campus. They must follow safety protocols, report any hazards or incidents promptly, and adhere to health guidelines issued by the college.

  12. Code of Conduct: All students are expected to familiarize themselves with and abide by the college's code of conduct, which outlines expected behavior, rights, and responsibilities as members of the institution.

These rules and regulations are designed to ensure a conducive learning environment, promote academic excellence, and uphold the values and ethos of Rao's Educational Institutions. Violations of these rules may result in disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or expulsion from the college.
