If you have a problem or complaint while you e at Raos Educational Institutions, you can use the grievance system to get help and resolve the issue. Heres how it works Speak Up If you have a concern or problem, the first step is to talk about it. You can speak to your teacher, a counselor, or any staff member you trust. They e here to listen and help you. Fill a Form If you e not comfortable talking in person, you can fill out a grievance form. These forms are available at the college office or online. Youll need to explain what happened and what youd like to see happen to fix the problem. Investigation Once your grievance is submitted, the college will look into it. Theyll talk to people involved and gather information to understand what happened. Solution After investigating, the college will come up with a solution. This might involve changes to policies, apologies, or other actions to fix the problem and prevent it from happening again. Feedback Finally, youll hear back from the college about what they found and what they e going to do about it. If you e not happy with the solution, you can discuss it further and work together to find a resolution. Remember, the grievance system is here to help you.
